These hoops trade a standard round or oval outline for a heart silhouette, with a smooth, polished yellow gold curve forming the top of the heart before tapering into a heavily textured white section that carries the shape down to its point at the base. The join between the two isn't a straight line but a wave, so the transition from plain to textured happens gradually rather than abruptly.
The textured lower section has a dense, granular surface that scatters light very differently to the smooth yellow gold above it, giving the hoop two distinct visual characters within one recognisable shape. The heart outline gives the design a softer, more symbolic silhouette than a standard round or oval hoop.
