This pendant takes a loose, calligraphic approach to the classic heart shape a single ribbon of gold curves and crosses over itself at the base, forming an open, sketch-like heart rather than a solid, symmetrical outline. It has a hand-drawn quality, as though the heart had been traced in one fluid motion rather than cast into a fixed, formal shape.
A single round zirconia sits suspended within the open centre, held between two small gold links so it appears to float inside the heart's curve. Set in warm 9ct yellow gold, the polished surface catches light along every twist of the ribbon, giving the pendant genuine movement and shine even before the stone itself comes into view.
